Kane Cunningham
Last year Kane Cunningham worked on a special project to celebrate 800 years of York's Charter, and at the moment he's the Artist in Residence for the York Potash Project.
Kane Cunningham is a Landscape artist, Painter, Sculptor and Printmaker from Scarborough who hit the headlines several years ago when he bought one of the houses threatened with falling into the sea at Knipe Point in Cayton. Its dying days were played out as the subject of "The House: an artwork reflecting the times we live in", which turned out to be rather controversial.
Last year Kane Cunningham worked on a special community project to celebrate 800 years of York's Charter, and at the moment he's the Artist in Residence for the York Potash Project.
