The Carpenters are nominated for the Singers Hall of Fame
Joan says: "I followed their career from 1970 and bought all of their albums which I still get much pleasure from listening to. In the 70s, ten of the Carpenters singles were million sellers and they won three Grammy Awards. Karen had the most beautiful, pure voice, she sang from the heart."
