Police 'need more black and ethnic minority officers'
The Chief Constable of Greater Manchester, Peter Fahy, wants new legislation to make Police forces positively discriminate to recruit more black and ethnic minority officers for "operational reasons". 鈥淭his is not about political correctness," he says.
