Disability hate crime: "I left extremely upset, crying my eyes out”
Wheelchair user Emma Round, says she was grabbed and told "you shouldn’t have come here” when she was at a Christmas Market.
The number of people being prosecuted for disability hate crimes has fallen fourteen percent in the last financial year despite promises from the Crown Prosecution Service to take the problem more seriously. The number of reported incidents has remained roughly the same.
