We meet celebrity chef Mrs Beeton, who describes the food eaten by a well-off Victorian family on Christmas Day. She shows us how complicated Christmas meals are prepared as well as showing us how her staff work. She talks us through what would be eaten for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
