'Law and Order' (pt 8/8) - The Scottish Children's Reporter Administration
Ryan, Craig and Dan have been involved in anti-social behaviour and crime. The head of the Scottish Children's Reporter Service discusses how each boy would be treated and explains the reasons behind this. For each boy, the level of involvement in the crime, school reports and previous history are all considered. The boys explain how they feel about the crime and how it changed them. The presenter explains the difference between punishment and rehabilitation. We are left to consider which is better.
