A week after flooding started in Northamptonshire the clean-up operation begins across the county, & the Fire Brigades Union warns their flood response capability may be hit by budget cuts. Reporter Tom Percival asseses the clean-up at Woodford Mill Tea Room and at the Willy Watt marina on the River Nene, between Ringstead and Great Addington.
