5 live football fundraiser with Jason Roberts and Fabrice Muamba
Jason Roberts and Fabrice Muamba are doing their bit for Children In Need and 5 live's Football Fundraiser. They recently visited a football club in Kent which is funded by Children in Need to see how your donations make a difference. It was the first time Fabrice had played football since he collapsed at White Hart Lane in March this year and he certainly wasn't taking it easy.....
