A cricket club in Northamptonshire says dog walkers have threatened to disrupt their matches, or even dig up their pitch with a rotivator, if a "dogs on leads order" is introduced. The Town Council in Higham Ferrers says forcing owners to keep their dogs on leads would mean less dog mess to deal with. Reporter Tom Percival meets Sandra Mitcham, Clerk of Higham Ferrers Town Council, while Stuart talks to Toby Webbley, the Chairman of Higham Ferrers Cricket Club, and to Bill Lambert, the Health and Services Manager at the Kennel Club.
