Choosing a Genre
Once you have recruited your members, one of your first tasks as a newly formed choir will be to discuss the songs you would like to sing. Your repertoire should reflect your musical styles and tastes. You don鈥檛 have to stick to one genre, it鈥檚 more important to enjoy what you sing. This discussion will also help your search for a choir master. If you already know who your choir master is, include them in the discussion as their expertise will help you make a more informed decision.
