The Minnis Bay Care Centre in Thanet has started charging their users up to 拢40 a day - it is a service that used to be free.
We heard on breakfast, Jan Redshaw - a carer for her Mum - who has had to severely reduce the number of days she takes in her Mum and has respite time because of the cost.
Jan is not happy and feels both she and her Mum are losing out - but isn't that right? Shouldn't those who can afford to pay for any service do just that?
If you are parents you probably pay for childcare after all.
