Less than a week after the Olympic Games the new League football season begins with the success of London 2012 serving as a wake-up call for football. The family of eight year old Zac Knighton Smith from Rushden say they're raising money for another round of treatment after a recurrence of the childhood cancer he suffers from. Stuart talks to Zac's Mum Sam, to Chris Curry, the father of Niamh Curry, who died in May after being diagnosed with neuroblastoma in 2010, and to Alison Moy from Neuroblastoma Alliance UK.

Stuart talks to Geoff Ollerton a Professor of Biodiversity at the University of Northampton about the effects of the wet weather on bees and other insects, and to John Fahy from Tresham College and his son Liam who served pizza to Mo Farah and Chris Hoy at the Olympics Closing Ceremony.
