As the clock turns past midnight on Saturday the 12th of November, a large section of British people are still awake and active: Revellers dance the night away in London while in Wales a group of joggers are attempting a 7 mile run along the Goyt Valley. In contrast to these scenes of activity, we are also introduced to a man in a hospice who has a very important day ahead of him.
