‘If you speak I’ll give you the kitten’
At the age of two, Sheri Pitman was told off at playgroup and stopped speaking at school. After ten years of selective mutism a breakthrough came when she fell in love with a kitten her family were looking after who she didn’t want to let go. Sheri and her mum Mary join Sian Williams in the Saturday Live studio to tell their story.
