Blind love: Kerrie and Alex
Husband and wife Kerrie and Alex live in East Kilbride. They met and fell in love on an echolocation course. This navigational technique employs the use of tongue-clicks to find your way around. They found it very empowering. Kerrie lost her sight at 22-months, and in more recent years, Alex has lost much of his field of vision to Retinitis Pigmentosa. As Kerrie says; 鈥渢here are no limits鈥�. They鈥檝e applied this philosophy to every part of their lives, including parenting.
