Are Kent's absent dads paying their way?

Lots of parents are not getting money from their ex-partners to help bring up the kids. The CSA says 拢72m is owing in Kent alone. Is your ex an irresponsible parent - refusing to contribute financially? Does he refuse to accept that the money is not for you - it is for the children.

If you are a Dad who does not live with his kids - do you pay maintenance? Do you think it is fair? Are you happy with the amount? Have you stopped paying because she will not let you see the kids?

Did you manage to work it all out between yourselves?

How often do you think about dying?

Do you chat about it with your family? Perhaps you know what music you would like at your funeral or where you would like to be buried.

Research out today reveals we are increasingly avoiding the subject. Every minute someone dies in the UK, but death is all too often shut away - it is often on a hospital ward or within a care home rather than at home or in a familiar place. A century ago, we would have most typically died at home surrounded by our family.

In an article for The Daily Telegraph today, Dr John Sentamu - the man many think will be the next Archbishop of Canterbury - calls for people to "look death in the eye" rather than "live in fear".

We speak to Eve Richardson, Chief Executive of the National Council for Palliative Care and the Dying Matters Coalition - they are the people behind today's reaserch.

We hear your views and opinions.
