What have you got against the supermarkets?

Sainsbury wants to build an 11,000 square foot supermarket in Westgate-On-Sea. It is not proving universally popular. 2,000 locals have signed a petition against the store and there has also been a protest march. Were you involved? And it is not the first time supermarkets have been made to feel unwelcome in Kent. There has been similar opposition in Herne, Herne Bay and Margate.

Would you oppose a new supermarket in your town? Why do they inspire such strong feelings? It is just a shop. And it is pretty convenient and often cheaper than shopping around is it not? Do you love or hate your supermarket?

Writing in the Mail On Sunday Janet Street Porter cites Margate - a town she believes needs to give up on its High Street altogether. She says the traditional town centre has had it's day.

So why not let the supermarkets expand - come on we all use them don't we.

As we approach the most important festival in the Christian calendar, we speak to the Bishop of Rochester, the Right Reverend James Langstaff.

There is lots to talk about - gay marriage, women bishops, falling congregation numbers and who is in the running for the Archbishop of Canterbury job.

We hear your views and stories.
