To mark this year's Perihelion, Kate Humble and the production team make the brave journey up Aonach Mor mountain, one of the highest mountains in Scotland. They're there to highlight just how cold the weather is on the day the Earth is closest to the Sun for all of 2011. Through the freezing temperatures this clip shows the bizarre nature of our weather and how the Earth's relationship with the Sun is not as straightforward as one would originally think.
