London bin man Wilbur Ramirez struggles on his first day working in Jakarta, in the Toughest Place to be a Binman.

Ramirez has come to Indonesia to spend ten days toiling as one of the army of semi-destitute binmen who collect rubbish in one of the most densely populated cities in the world.
