North Yorkshire will be getting a new chief constable
North Yorkshire Police Authority has decided not to extend chief constable Graham Maxwell's contract once it expires in May.
Mr Maxwell was given a final written warning earlier this year for helping a relative in a recruitment process and there were calls for him to step down then.
