Restorative Justice: Thieves apologise for stealing a woman's mobility scooter
Traders say more stalls in the Eagle Market could close as more supermarkets come to Derby. A woman who had her mobility scooter stolen in Derby, has agreed for the thieves to simply apologise and pay for the damage and a man from Ilkeston with a collection of 130 football scarves.
