Dominic King gets the details on the claim a Canterbury-based soldier kept the fingers of dead Taliban fighters. The soldier is believed to be from the 5th Battalion of The Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders, which is based at Howe Barracks in Canterbury.

Dom hears how a dispersal zone has been set up in the centre of Herne Bay where there have been a series of attacks on foreign students as well as damage to cars. Police will now be able to order groups of people to leave the area for a 24-hour period.

Also, Dom talks to Carol Vorderman about her recommendations to improve maths teaching.
