If you live in Bedfordshire you could be fined up to 拢1,000 by the courts if you leave your wheelie bins out on the pavement.

Although the council says you would get warnings and a smaller penalty before that would happen.

In Luton, you could be fined 拢1,000 if you do the same thing. Councils in Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire say they have the option to penalise people, but admit it's unlikely they'd take action.
