The Apprentice is back.
The new series starts this week on 91Èȱ¬ One, and this time there's a twist, the prize isn't a job with Lord Sugar, it's a quarter of a million pounds to start a business. He says he wants to show people how easy it is to start a business.
There is a contestant from Reading fighting for the prize this year. 25-year-old Edward Hunter describes himself as a 'man with strength of character and conviction who is honest and direct'.
But what does it take to start a business, and more importantly keep it going - especially when times are tough?
Nick James is a Reading-based entrepreneur who used to work as a car park attendant, and now runs a company that took over a £1million last year…. On Sunday he spoke to Ady Williams and Sarah Walker who asked how he did it…
