Joseph Tomelty's 80th Birthday Celebrations

James Ellis presents a sculpture of Joseph Tomelty at an Arts Council ceremony on 1st October 1991 attended by Joe's wife, daughters Roma and Frances as well as many from the theatre world. The portrait head was commissioned by the Arts Council of Northern Ireland from sculptor Carolyn Mulholland.
