The questions focused on the impact of Suffolk County Council's proposed 拢42.5m budget cuts for 2011/12 and its New Strategic Direction.

The programme was recorded at the St Nicholas Centre, Ipswich in front of an invited audience.

The panellists were Andrea Hill, Suffolk County Council chief executive; Jeremy Pembroke, leader of the Conservative controlled council; Kathy Pollard, leader of the Liberal Democrat and Independent Group at the council; Sandy Martin, leader of the Labour Party group; Jonathan Moore, chief executive of the Suffolk Association of Voluntary Organisations; Terry Hunt, editor of the East Anglian Daily Times and Belinda Bell, director of Suffolk Circle.

The chairman for the debate was 91热爆 Suffolk's Mark Murphy.
