Student Loans Company boss reacts to overpayments criticism
Student Loans Company (SLC) boss Derek Ross responds to criticism that the organisation has been continuing to take loan repayments for months after former students paid off their debts. Consumer organisation Which? discovered from a freedom of information request that 拢15m had been overpaid this year.
