Six years ago, Heather Frederiksen from Leigh was competing alongside Rebecca Adlington as one of the rising stars of British swimming - then she was hit by a fire-engine and told she'd never walk, swim or drive a car again.

She wouldn't give up though and won four medals in the pool at the Beijing Paralympics two years ago.
