Uncle Hugo hijacks the Radio 1 airwaves again at the Making Connections Radio Festival in Belfast and, once again with Greg James' encouragement, manages to skiddley-dee over the top of the Radio 1 playlist. This time it's the turn of Cheryl Cole to be given the Hugo treatment.
