Hertfordshire space firm Astrium is making The Mars Rover and it will be on display today. It's all part of World Space Week, and to celebrate more than 500 students are taking part in challenges.
Hertfordshire space firm Astrium is making The Mars Rover and it will be on display today. It's all part of World Space Week, and to celebrate Astrium's long history in Stevenage, more than 500 students are taking part in challenges led by space scientists and engineers.
Simon spoke to Patrick Wood, Chief Technology Officer at Astrium.
Simon also spoke to Professor Colin Pillinger, from the Open University's Space Science department - he's the man who was behind the Beagle 2 project seven years ago!
