That's what passengers in St Albans were faced with when a man collapsed, and staff there didn't help.

Commuters were told that even if staff had been trained in First Aid - they weren't allowed to use it on passengers.

One commuter who went to the man's aid was Rachel Hughes, she spoke to Simon Leaderman on breakfast.

Our reporter Gareth Lloyd was at the station asking people if they feel safe there.
