Today's bamboozle is from Brendan Murphy from The Other Nine O'Clock Show.

A man lives in a hotel, and everyday he gets the lift from the top floor (20th) to the bottom, and goes to work. However on the way back up after work he only goes to the 8th floor, and walks the rest of the way. Why does he do this?
