The West Northants Development Corporation has revealed that they spent ﾃつ｣3million on consultants, including ﾃつ｣500,000 to Network Rail - and ﾃつ｣171,000 on printing. That's just some of the ﾃつ｣4.5million spent by the WNDC in the last financial year. Richard speaks to a long standing critic of the quango.
