Jack called the programme to tell the tale of his friend who fell from her mobility scooter whilst trying to open a shopping centre door. She died a week later. But old people are particularly vulnerable at any time. It is not suggested that the shopping centre is to blame for her death. The shopping centre are investigating his claims.
