Aleena meets Sheila from Hazelwood, who after living in America, got a taste for Red Pepper Jelly. However she couldn't find it back in the UK, so set about making her own. Now she supplies it to local cafes & farm shops, it's even featured on Come Dine With Me.

Nigel visits Kedleston Hall as preparations get under way for this weekend's Derbyshire Food Fair, but he's got some pressing questions to ask the organisers about exactly how many producers are from Derbyshire.

He also talks ice-cream with local exhibitor Bluebells Diary from Spondon and beer with the Deventio Brewery team, based in Sutton-on-the-Hill.
