Chris is on home ground in the New Forest to see the giant sea trout leave the sea and head up the shallow forest streams, while Janet Sumner visits Castlewellan in Northern Ireland and Sanjida O'Connell meets the northern hairy wood ants of Hardcastle Crags in West Yorkshire.
