Jackie Hamillton reports on Joey's 17th Win at the Ulster Grand Prix. James Courtney looked set for victory but crashed out on the last lap leaving the way clear for Joey Dunlop to grab his 17th win. It was also Joey's 39th win on the Dundrod circuit.
