Monkey tails

Living high in the rainforest canopy it's a real advantage to have an extra 'limb'. The prehensile tails of woolly monkeys are equivalent to having an extra arm. Hanging from trees by the tail, free up hands and arms for gathering food which would otherwise be out of reach. As fruit eaters, the woolly monkeys often have to travel long distances through the forest to find trees in fruit.
