Finally Hong Kong's government is talking to the territory's pro-democracy demonstrators. Judged on the mood-music from their first televised session it's a dialogue of the partially deaf. The two sides have very different notions of what democracy is, and how it should work. Hardtalk speaks to Emily Lau, one of Hong Kong's most prominent advocates of political reform.
