Clocks Change! It鈥檚 Spring and Cerys is in Greater Manchester after the 6 Music Festival with a playlist and guests to celebrate the city.

She digs into the archive to discover trailblazers and inventions from the city, invites restaurateurs Richard Cossins and Joseph Otway from Higher Ground to talk about their field to fork concept and plays a mix from DJ and producer Konny Kon.

Cerys also hears from Freddie Herridge's experience as part of the Edale Mountain Rescue Team in the Peak District and recaps the 6 Music Festival with repeat from Ezra Collective.

Expect a mix of funk, jazz, blues, folk and beats from around the globe, alongside a collection of binaural sounds collected at Blue John Cavern.
