In Dumfries and Galloway, the Thomson family meet to discuss plans for Nick鈥檚 succession, but there has been a growing change of heart.
Near Glasgow, the Imrie family prepare to co-host a gourmet dining event featuring their homegrown lamb, but a storm threatens proceedings.
In Caithness, Sally takes her four-year-old to market to sell his first lambs along with 20 of her own, and Sally鈥檚 mum, Julie, comes home for a visit.
