Presenters Matt Baker, Anita Rani, Sean Fletcher, Margherita Taylor and John Craven are celebrating the tenth anniversary of Countryfile Rambles for 91热爆 Children in Need.

They meet young people who share their stories and the support they have been given by Children in Need funded charities.

The Countryfile Rambles have raised over 拢15 million over the last decade for 91热爆 Children in Need. To celebrate, our Ramble teams are setting out from all points of the compass and meeting in the middle for a grand finale at the magnificent Chatsworth Estate in the Peak District - and meeting a few famous faces along the way, Pudsey included!

Matt is rambling with Lucas, a 13-year-old from Surrey, who has been supported by charity Harry's HAT; Anita is joined by nine-year-old Rubi from Aberdeenshire, who has been supported by charity Over the Wall; Sean meets 15-year-old Jack from Swansea, who has been supported by charity Talking Hands Deaf Children and Young People; and Margherita spends her ramble with nine-year-old Sophie from Ballymena, who has been supported by charity Sensory Kids.
