The teams reach the halfway mark, and after 16 days traversing the length of Brazil, it鈥檚 time to cross the border and enter the heart of South America and three new countries: Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay.
They will race 2,250km from the megacity of S茫o Paulo to Tigre, which sits on the banks of the Paran谩 river, just outside Buenos Aires, and in the process, negotiate border crossings, new countries, different currencies and customs, and switch from understanding and speaking Portuguese to Spanish.
