Over the summer, we're motivating the nation to get moving and active. Scott's a huge spin class fan and now he's taking on the role of instructor for a series of interviews on spin bikes!

Will Young shot to fame as the winner of Pop Idol in 2002, since then he's released eight albums, toured the world and even turned his hand to acting on stage and screen. Will has a new album and tour on the way for 2024.

There's also another Birthday Game. The birthday wheel has picked three former number ones from today's date, but spin past the first two and someone's stuck with the final track on their big day.
