A team of teachers hope to go to the top of the class as they take on a team of lecturers at Detling showground in Kent.

Over the centuries, glass has been blown, moulded, coloured and cut to create all kinds of decorative and functional items. At Detling showground in Kent, Charlie Ross has a pair of glass mystery objects to show to fair-goers.

Shopping at Detling antiques fair are two teams of eager bargain hunters. In the blue team are friends and teachers Amy and Bex, who are hoping to make their students cringe. Their opponents in the red team are friends Amy and Andy.

With expert John Cameron by their side, Amy and Bex’s assignment is to find a 'real antique'. They dismiss some 20th-century tiles and pass on a novelty toast rack. Meanwhile, expert Stephanie Connell and her blues reflect on several mid-century mirrors, and Andy weighs up a set of scales. But what will the teams end up selling at Nick Hall’s auction in Cranbrook, Kent?
