In an exciting amateur DIY competition, Derek Pluto Murray with the help of head judge Iain Spanish MacKay and guest judge, sports reporter Iona Ballantyne, set sporting-themed challenges to three couples to test their DIY skills.

As always with this series 'Instructions are not included', so they鈥檒l need to improvise and keep their heads as they try to work out how best to tackle the task in hand and create their own DIY masterpieces as a team. With one couple leaving at the end of the programme, who can win the judges鈥� vote and secure their place in the next round and one step nearer to being crowned 'D霉bhlain DIY' champions and the cash prize of 拢2,000?
