Remembering Storm Thorgerson

'This Week In Rock' celebrates the life of the album artwork visionary Storm Thorgerson. Also, Thunder's Danny Bowes chooses his Rock God.

It's eleven years this week since Storm Thorgerson died. Along with his professional partner Aubrey 'Po' Powell, he created some of the most iconic music album artwork of the 20th century, from Pink Floyd to Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath to UFO. Storm wasn't defined by the 1970s and 80s, he never stopped evolving, and in his latter years, created artwork for the likes of Audioslave and Muse.
Also on the show - Thunder have just reissued three more of their classic albums, so there's another chance to hear frontman Danny Bowes choose his Rock God. Not forgetting its album release day for Pearl Jam - expect a new track from their new offering!
