Following a difficult 2023 Six Nations campaign which saw the girls in green suffer comprehensive defeats in all five rounds and finish bottom of the Six Nations table, Ireland will be looking for a better all-round performance in this year鈥檚 tournament.

With a new management team headed by Scott Bemand in place, Ireland will be striving to qualify for the 2025 Women鈥檚 Rugby World Cup. With England and France having already secured their places, a third-place finish in this years Six Nations competition could potentially see Ireland achieve that goal.

Having started their campaign away to France at Stade Marie, Ireland now welcome Italy to the RDS for the first of their three home games.
