For over 30 years, the beautiful town of Rudolstadt has welcomed musicians from all over the world becoming Germany's largest folk festival.
The European Broadcasting Union run the Euroradio Folk Festival within the Rudolstadt-Festival, whereby broadcasters from across Europe bring bands to perform and have their concerts recorded so that people across the continent have the chance to hear the rich diversity of musical cultures. More than a mere festival, this event is an incredible platform and representing Scotland this year was the wonderful, award-winning singer Beth Malcolm.
