Cerys welcomes Louisiana singer-songwriter and guitarist Robert Finley to the studio. Robert released his debut album in his 60s and has recently released his fourth - Black Bayou.

Born in Bernice, Louisiana, Robert picked up a guitar from a second hand shop when he was eleven. He played guitar while serving in the US Army, travelling throughout Europe as their bandleader, and then worked as a carpenter, until he retired due to becoming blind. It wasn't until Robert was in his 60s that he released his debut album, in 2016. Now on his fourth album, Robert has teamed up again with The Black Keys' Dan Auerbach for Black Bayou, which tells the story of Robert's life in the bayou of Louisiana.
